Rydym wedi ymrwymo i sefydlu a chynnal perthnasoedd da \u00e2 theuluoedd ein dysgwyr ac yn cydnabod mor bwysig yw\u2019r bartneriaeth rhwng y cartref, yr ysgol a\u2019r Awdurdod Lleol. Rhoddir gwybod i rieni am gynnydd eu plentyn ac fe\u2019u hanogir i chwarae rhan weithredol wrth weithio tuag at dargedau a bennwyd.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rydym hefyd yn annog rhieni i gysylltu os oes unrhyw beth yn eu pryderu. Dylent drafod y rhain \u00e2\u2019r athro dosbarth yn gyntaf, a fydd yn rhoi gwybod i\u2019r Cydlynydd Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol, os oes angen.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Cyngor a\/neu Gymorth gan Asiantaethau Allanol<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pan fydd y cynnydd yn llai na\u2019r disgwyl, mae\u2019n bosib na fydd addysgu o ansawdd uchel, gan gynnwys gwahaniaethu ac ymyraethau arferol, safonol, yn ddigon i fodloni anghenion pob dysgwr. Pan fydd angen cymorth ychwanegol i ddatblygu arfer ysgol, neu i fynd i\u2019r afael ag anghenion unigol dysgwr, bydd Cydlynydd Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol (CADY) yr ysgol yn cydweithio ag asiantaethau allanol a thimoedd arbenigol yr Awdurdod Lleol (ALl), gan gynnwys gweithwyr iechyd proffesiynol y GIG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os penderfynir bod angen Cynllun Datblygu Unigol (CDU), neu atgyfeiriad at asiantaeth allanol ar ddysgwr, byddwn yn cadw mewn cysylltiad \u00e2 rhieni ac yn cydweithio\u2019n agos \u00e2 hwy ac unrhyw asiantaeth neu d\u00eem perthnasol.&nbsp; <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We pride ourselves on the school\u2019s inclusive, caring and supportive ethos.
