What is the DockLeaf Project?<\/strong><\/p>

The DockLeaf Project is a community-based initiative run through Pembroke Dock Community School. Its main aim is to help individuals develop new skills, gain recognised qualifications, and build experience that can support them in returning to or entering the workplace.<\/p>

How does the project work?<\/strong><\/p>

Participants:<\/p>

Volunteer within the school for at least 16 hours per week.<\/p>

Have the opportunity to work towards an NVQ qualification in Childcare or Teaching and Learning.<\/p>

Receive support from Pembrokeshire College and a school-based mentor throughout their training and qualification programme.<\/p>

Who is the project for?<\/strong><\/p>

The project is aimed at adults who:<\/p>

Want to develop new skills.<\/p>

Are interested in gaining qualifications.<\/p>

Would like experience working in a school environment.<\/p>
